£20 Bonus Terms & Conditions 

6. The bonus can only be used on a selection of games and playing them will only contribute towards the promotion’s targets and/or wagering requirements.

9. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.
10. When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and Bonus funds, any winnings generated from that wager will be credited proportionately to your cash and Bonus balances.
11. You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time. However, upon withdrawal of some or all funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your Bonus Balance which have not yet met the stated Wagering Requirements.
12. The minimum deposit to receive full available bonus = £10. If you deposit more in a single transaction or series of transactions, any wagers using these funds will also contribute to the wagering requirement. 13. Players have 28 days from the date the bonus is added to their account to fulfil any wagering requirements before the bonus expires, and the remaining bonus balance is forfeited.
14. If you have an active cash balance all wagers will be first taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance.

17. Once the £10 deposit requirement is completed, the 50 Free Spins will be automatically added in the game Kong 3 Even Bigger Bonus.
18. Players have 7 days to use the spins from the date the spins are added, any unused spins and winnings after this time will be forfeited.

33. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
34. Players who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a player is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
35. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
36. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a Player found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
37. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
38. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
39. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
40. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
