What’s in the Welcome Offer?
You’ll get a £40 bonus to spend on any Premier Collection(as mentioned above) game and 50 free spins to play Big Bass Bonanza. This offer is capped here and anyone who deposits less than £10 is not entitled to get the bonus and free spins. The Welcome Offer bonus and free spins must be used within 7 days after credit or they’ll be forfeited, including any bonus that has not been used in its entirety.

- The Mecca Games “Welcome” promotion (“the Promotion”) is only open to new customers who are aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- This promotion is not available to customers who open new accounts and make their first deposit using Paypal
- The £40 premier(as mentioned above) Bonus is available to spend on Premier Collection only and is subject to a 30x wagering requirement ((deposit + bonus) x 30 = wagering requirement) on the bonus before bonus and winnings are withdrawable.
- You can only receive 50 free spins and they are only to be used on Big Bass Bonanza. The free spins have a 10x wagering requirement which must be played before any pending winnings are withdrawable.
- The max amount of winnings is convertible to 5x on both free spins and bonus.
- You can withdraw funds in your Cash Balance at any time, but if you withdraw some or all of the funds from your Cash Balance, you will forfeit any funds in your bonus balance which have not yet met the Wagering Requirements above.
- Any winnings achieved from bonus funds will be shown as “pending winnings” until the wagering requirement is met. Even if the promotional period expires and the remaining bonus funds are removed, the pending winnings can be used towards the remaining wagering requirement and any remaining funds can be withdrawn after the wagering has been met.
- If you have an active cash balance, all spends will first be taken from that balance followed by your bonus balance. However, if you have pending winnings, these will be taken first before any other balance.
- When placing a wager that uses a combination of cash and bonus money, any winnings generated from that spend will be credited proportionately to your cash and bonus balances.
- There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part and they’re not transferable.
- Mecca Games reserves the right to reasonably verify any claim. If any of these rules have been breached, or fraud is suspected, we may refuse to process the claim. Any abuse of the Welcome Offer may lead to all bonus funds being withdrawn. We reserve the right to void any entry if we suspect that the person participating in the Welcome Offer is not eligible to do so.
- Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Welcome Offer has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
- Management reserves the right to withhold any bonus payment if it believes that the promotion has been abused and/or where the terms of the offer are not fulfilled, or any irregular wagering patterns are found.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or to amend these terms and conditions at any time but will only do so in exceptional circumstances and will make every reasonable effort to minimize the impact on customers.
- The Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, as part of our normal regulatory requirements, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
- The Promoter reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
